Company Review: Life at a Major Game Company in Pangyo

The cafeteria is great, but the hierarchy is way too rigid. I worked here as a localization QA on an E-7 visa for 2 years. The campus is really nice, and the perks like free meals and the gym are good. But the actual work culture is typical Korean style wrapped up in hipster gaming culture. No one leaves until the team leader does. Your ideas get ignored unless a Korean manager presents them as their own.
